What to have ready when you reach out
What details help you scope fastest?
The essentials: how many external hosts or IP ranges, how many web apps and their rough size, your cloud provider, and any hard deadline. You don’t need credentials or architecture diagrams up front — those come after the NDA is signed.
Do I need to sign anything before we talk specifics?
For anything beyond a high-level scope, yes. We sign your NDA or supply ours before you share technical detail, credentials, or in-scope hostnames. The first scoping message can stay general.
How do I report something sensitive securely?
Email hello@kassandrasecurity.com and ask for our PGP public key — we’ll send it and you can encrypt anything sensitive before it leaves your network.
Can you meet in person to kick off?
Yes, for San Diego–area clients. On-site kickoffs run at our Mira Mesa office or your site by appointment. Remote clients get the same scoping call over video — the process and reporting are identical.
